Do I have to apply for membership at least 24 hours prior to my visit?

No. As of 1st October 2005 the rules regarding membership have changed. It is now possible to visit the casino and join instantly. You may still apply for membership prior to your visit if you wish.

How old do I have to be to enter the club?

You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the club. This applies to all the club's facilities including the restaurant.

Is there a cost associated with becoming a member?

That depends on which club you wish to join. Our clubs range from complimentary membership to £750 membership fees. Information will be found on each club's site.

I applied for membership some weeks ago and still have not heard anything. Was the membership approved and when will I receive confirmation of this?

Applications for membership are processed instantly. A welcome letter should be posted to you, but may not arrive for a few weeks. Please contact the club directly to check the status of your application.

Does my membership at one club entitle me to membership at any other LCI clubs?

No. You must apply for membership at each individual club before entering. Membership at one club does not entitle you to membership at another.

I have not visited the club in some time. Is my membership still valid?

Your membership will still be valid unless the club you are a member of has moved location, no longer exists or has an annual fee and this has not been paid.

I have lost my membership card. Can I still enter the club?

Yes. You can still enter the club without your membership card.

Does my membership entitle me to anything complimentary on top of the membership?

No. The fee charged is for membership and access to the club only.

I would like to take my partner to the club for the evening. Do they need to be a member also?

No. You can take guests into the casino with you providing they have photo ID with them.

How many guests can I (a member) bring with me to the club?

You can bring up to 6 guests with you at any one time. However, guests cannot stay at the club without the member and must leave when the member does.

Why does my guest have to bring ID?

As of March 2004 European money laundering laws require that every person entering a casino should show positive identification.

I do not have any photo ID. What will you accept as an alternative?

We will accept a credit card accompanied by a utility bill. Your photo will be taken and used as a reference for future visits.

Do my guests have to show ID every time they visit the club?

No. Once ID has been shown the first time details and a photo are taken nullifying the need for this again.

Can I wear nice jeans and trainers to the club?

Neat and tidy trainers and jeans are only permitted at our Southend, Brighton, Golden Nugget and Sportsman casinos.

I have a group of 20 people wanting dinner and drinks followed by gaming. Can I reserve a space for the group?

It depends on the club you wish to visit. We suggest you contact the club directly with your request.

Can I book accommodation at the club?

No. We do not have accommodation facilities at any of our clubs.

Do you have car-parking facilities?

Yes. All of our clubs with the exception of the Golden Nugget have a valet parking facility each evening. The Golden Nugget provides free parking for members on Brewer Street.

Do you have wheel chair access to the club?

Yes. All our clubs have wheel chair access. We also have disabled parking and disabled toilets except for the Golden Nugget.
